Meals are designed to heat quickly using basic microwaves. 

Re-heating times will vary. 

SUGGESTED: heat for two minutes, stir & check temp, additional one-minute intervals as needed. 

Ideal internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Enjoy the meals within 3-5 days, or freeze.
